Crunchy Muesli

For crunchier muesli, toast the coconut flakes, nuts, and seeds. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F 10–15 minutes until fragrant and light brown. Let cool before combining with remaining ingredients.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except milk and mix well. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.

To serve, pour 1 cup muesli into a bowl and add 1 cup almond or hazelnut milk. Let stand 5 minutes before eating.

You can also make this muesli the night before. Place muesli in a large bowl and cover with milk. Cover and let stand overnight in the refrigerator. When you’re ready to eat breakfast, stir the muesli and dig in.
